CASAN SC

The official CASAN app (Catarinense Water and Sanitation Company) aims to bridge the gap between the company and the population, serving as a direct communication channel, thus facilitating public access to the services provided by the company and the exercise of active citizenship.

Among its main features, users can:

1. Interactively view information about their consumer units, such as pending bills, bill history, and water volume supplied (with comparative charts); they can also download PDF documents such as duplicate bills ("proof of residence"), certificate of debt settlement from the previous year, and negative debt certificate.
2. View on the map all CASAN agencies and find the nearest agency (based on user positioning).
3. Report problems such as leaks and water shortages at home or on the street, with the possibility to add photos and, when necessary, geolocate the occurrence.
4. Receive personalized notifications (even with the app closed) such as water outage alerts, availability of new bills (including high consumption alerts), and changes in status of open calls made through the app.
